Enjoy the simple pleasures in our Standard King Room, featuring everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
With a king-sized bed and bathroom with full-sized bath, the Standard King Room is perfect to come home to after a day of exploring Lynmouth and the moors. There is a velux roof window, looking out up to the side of the valley. The room also features an air conditioner in addition to the radiator within the room.
This room is situated on the second floor of the hotel.

Our Standard King Room starts at £80 per night (£60 for single occupancy) in Summer, and £76 per night in Winter. We have discounts for longer stays throughout the year – head to our Tariff Page to see the full rate breakdown.
In order to confirm a reservation, we do take card details to hold against the booking. No deposit is taken, but we require 2 days notice before arrival for any changes or cancellation. If a room is cancelled / the stay is shortened within this cancellation period of 2 days, we do charge the full amount against the card.
As per our cancellation policy, we may pre-authorise your card when the cancellation period kicks in 2 days before arrival. A pre-authorisation is not a charge and no money is taken from your account, but the credit limit available on your card will be temporarily reduced by this amount. If we have any issues with the card details, we will contact you via phone if possible for alternative card details in order to confirm & keep the booking.
Check-in is from 3pm. If you do arrive in the village early, please do pop into reception as we are always happy to check-you in early, should your room be ready. Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure.
Breakfast is included in all our room rates, and served 7:30 – 9:30am every morning. We’re happy to cater for earlier starts by arrangement, just ask when checking in.
Of course! We work with local suppliers, and are able to arrange chocolates, chilled prosecco / champagne, or flower arrangements to be placed in your room for arrival. Just get in touch with us to discuss your preference, and we can give you an idea of prices.
