Room Description

Our Family Suite features a double room with king-sized bed and a twin room with two single beds, and is perfect for those travelling with children or larger groups. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings, with the stunning views from the suite – the bigger room has the benefit of dual aspect views, looking out over the green and out to sea on one side, and out over the river and valley on the other. The twin room has a view out over the green & sea. The majority of the facilities are in the main bedroom within the suite (the TV, tea/coffee making facilities and seating area), for child-friendliness.

As well as the two bedrooms, the Family Suite has a private bathroom within it’s main door as well.

The Family Suite’s base rate is £150 in Summer and £140 in Winter  (per night). This is for two adults and two children, but the room can be configured as needed for adults or different family sizes. We have discounts for longer stays throughout the year – head to our Tariff Page to see the full rate breakdown or Contact Us if you have an enquiry about any other configuration.

In order to confirm a reservation, we do take card details to hold against the booking. No deposit is taken, but we require 2 days notice before arrival for any changes or cancellation. If a room is cancelled / the stay is shortened within this cancellation period of 2 days, we do charge the full amount against the card.

As per our cancellation policy, we may pre-authorise your card when the cancellation period kicks in 2 days before arrival. A pre-authorisation is not a charge and no money is taken from your account, but the credit limit available on your card will be temporarily reduced by this amount. If we have any issues with the card details, we will contact you via phone if possible for alternative card details in order to confirm & keep the booking.

Breakfast is included in all our room rates, and served 7:30 – 9:30am every morning. We’re happy to cater for earlier starts by arrangement, just ask when checking in.

Can I add any extras?

Of course! We work with local suppliers, and are able to arrange chocolates, chilled prosecco / champagne, or flower arrangements to be placed in your room for arrival. Just get in touch with us to discuss your preference, and we can give you an idea of prices.

Relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in one of our Deluxe King Rooms with everything you need for a luxurious break. Our Deluxe King Rooms all feature king-sized beds and ensuites with full-sized baths – the perfect place to relax and unwind.

We have two Deluxe King Rooms on our first floor (with valley and river views) and one on our second floor (with a sea view).

Enjoy the simple pleasures in our Standard King Room, featuring everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

With a king-sized bed and bathroom with full-sized bath, the Standard King Room is perfect to come home to after a day of exploring Lynmouth and the moors. There is a velux roof window, looking out up to the side of the valley. The room also features an air conditioner in addition to the radiator within the room.

This room is situated on the second floor of the hotel.
