Thatched pub on the harbour. It was bought by new owners in December 2021, historically has been the most popular in the village with excellent food. Open 7 days (bar snacks only on Monday & Tuesday).

Nautically-decorated bar within the renovated Bath Hotel. Excellent drinks selection, also has an atmospheric cocktail bar. Stays open year round, you can book a table online through their website for the restaurant side, otherwise first come first served for tables in the bar side.

Newly renovated in 2020, just round the corner from us! Excellent fish & chips, with both inside & outside tables available, and a takeaway counter. Hours vary a little – check the sign in the window for the latest opening times.

Fish and chip shop around the corner, between the harbour and the Cliff Railway. Large choice available. Some seating inside, takeaway available.

Changed hands in Winter 2021/22 (together with the Rising Sun). Currently open for drinks, but expect to be serving food soon.

Lynton & Lynbridge

Both Lynton & Lynbridge are a short walk or drive up the (steep!) hill away – 25 minutes to walk, or just a couple minutes in the car. The Cliff Railway connects us to Lynton – opening hours vary during the year (see their website for latest update).

Delicious tapas bar and restaurant on the high street in Lynton (opposite the Town Hall). It gets very busy, so booking ahead recommended. Closed Tuesday & Wednesdays.
